Sidamo
·Located in the south of Ethiopia, this region offers a high-quality coffee with sweet citrus aromatics and floral tones
Yirgacheffe
Picked by hand on a farm in the mountains high above the town of Sidamo, Yirgacheffe offers a floral aroma complemented by a smooth-bodied and sweet flavor with pronounced lemon notes. As compared to Harrar coffee, Yirgacheffe’s coffee are typically wet processed resulting in floral and citrus notes. The profile of this coffee is unique to the Sidamo region, which is south of Ethiopia’s capital, Addis Ababa.
Harrar
The province of Harrar is located east of Addis Ababa, the capital city of Ethiopia. Harrar coffee is typically dry processed which allows the taste of the coffee’s fruit to impart to the coffee beans as the fruit dries on the bean. This unique way of processing produces a wild and intense flavor that is reminiscent of blackberries while exhibiting tones of very rich, dark chocolate
